Terms of Service
GTL Arena is currently in private beta. These terms govern your use of the Platform during this period.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GTL Arena ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. Creators must confirm their age and will be subject to identity verification before any monetization features are available. A checkbox confirmation is not age verification — it is a legal attestation only.
3. User Accounts
Fans must register with a valid email address. Email verification is required to vote. Creators must apply and be approved by Platform administrators. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines.
4. Content Standards
All uploaded content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Content must not be illegal, infringing, harassing, or depict minors in any suggestive context. The Platform reserves the right to reject, remove, or watermark any content at its discretion.
5. Content Licensing & Watermarking
By uploading content, you grant GTL Arena a license to host, process, watermark, and display your content on the Platform and in Platform promotional materials. The Platform will apply a visible watermark (logo, handle, and challenge tags) to all approved videos. You may download and share your watermarked video. You retain ownership of your original content.
6. Voting & Fair Play
Voting is limited to one vote per fan per challenge entry (configurable). The Platform logs IP and device fingerprints to detect fraud. Vote manipulation, bot usage, or creating multiple accounts to influence results may result in permanent ban and vote invalidation.
7. No Payments in V1
The Platform does not process payments in V1. Prize disbursements, if any, are handled manually by Platform administrators. Payment processing integration is a future feature subject to processor pre-clearance.
8. DMCA & Takedown
The Platform respects copyright law. DMCA takedown requests should be sent to the designated DMCA agent (to be registered at copyright.gov prior to launch). Repeat infringers will be permanently banned.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, vote accuracy, or storage of content. Content moderation is performed by humans and may involve delays.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
